Non Absorbable Sutures

Doğsan non-absorbable sutures are avilable as monofilament and multifilament (braided). Braided sutures are coated to decrease capillarity and to increase smoothness. Non-absorbable Doğsan sutures are used in all branches of surgery, especially in cardiovascular and plastic surgery.

Absorbable Sutures

Doğsan absorbable sutures are made of synthetic polymers with predictable absorption profiles and are available as monofilament and multifilament (braided). Braided sutures are coated to increase smoothness to glide through the tissue. Absorbable Hemostat

Kanstat® absorbable hemostat is a sterile absorbable medical textile material prepared by controlled oxidation of regenerated cellulose. It is white to pale yellow in color and has a light caramel-like odour. It may darken slightly as you wait, but this does not affect its performance.
